Are you able to repair computers from any where?
Yes, we can repair any computer from anywhere. You ship it to us and we repair it and send you an invoice for the bill. First, we'll do a diagnostic and let you know what the cost will be. If your not happy with the price, pay a $20.00 diagnostic fee and we'll send the computer back (you pay return shipping).
How long does it take to get my product back?
After receiving your item, we'll call you and let you know that we've received it. Then after diagnosing your computer, we'll call you and let you know the cost. If parts have to be ordered, we'll inform you. We keep you informed of the whole process and times involved.
